Returns

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@greenoraliving.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) may be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
