Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Because we operate using a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our local and international suppliers. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia: 7–21 business days

  • New Zealand: 10–25 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note:

  • These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery times

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping does not affect processing times.


Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking, however:

  • Some suppliers may provide partial or delayed tracking updates

  • Tracking may take 3–7 business days to appear after dispatch

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow additional time before contacting support.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders:

  • Delivered to an incorrectly provided address

  • Returned due to incomplete or invalid address details

If an order is returned to the supplier, reshipping may incur additional fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • We will investigate with the supplier or shipping carrier

Packages delayed due to customs, carrier backlogs, or international transit are not considered lost until confirmed by the carrier.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
