Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer FREE metro delivery on most furniture orders across Australia, with shipping already included in the advertised price where applicable.
Some regional, rural, and remote locations may incur an additional shipping charge due to carrier surcharges or limited service availability.
If an additional shipping fee applies to your delivery address, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to:
- Proceed with your order by accepting the additional shipping charge, or
- Cancel your order for a full refund.
No additional shipping charges will be applied without your approval.
Some non-furniture products and selected suppliers may have separate shipping arrangements, which will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking information.
Please note:
- Tracking details may take several business days to become active after dispatch.

- If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier or supplier to update the shipment.
Split Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Greenora Living cannot accept responsibility for orders that are:
- Delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
- Returned due to incomplete or invalid address details.
If an order is returned to the supplier because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Packages delayed due to courier networks, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control are not considered lost until confirmed by the shipping carrier.

We may be able to accommodate a request before the order enters processing or is dispatched.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched by the supplier, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
