Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As we work with trusted Australian and international suppliers, products may be shipped directly from the supplier. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and carrier networks.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

• Australia: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• New Zealand: 10–25 business days
• International: 10–30 business days

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to supplier processing, carrier networks, weather events, customs clearance, or peak shopping periods.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE metro delivery on most furniture orders across Australia, with shipping already included in the advertised price where applicable.

Some regional, rural, and remote locations may incur an additional shipping charge due to carrier surcharges or limited service availability.

If an additional shipping fee applies to your delivery address, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to:

• Proceed with your order by accepting the additional shipping charge, or
• Cancel your order for a full refund.

No additional shipping charges will be applied without your approval.

Some non-furniture products and selected suppliers may have separate shipping arrangements, which will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking information.

Please note:

• Tracking details may take several business days to become active after dispatch.
• Some suppliers or carriers may provide delayed or partial tracking updates.
• If your tracking does not update immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier or supplier to update the shipment.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers.

As a result:

• Items may arrive on different days.
• You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
• There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments where free delivery applies.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Greenora Living cannot accept responsibility for orders that are:

• Delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
• Returned due to incomplete or invalid address details.

If an order is returned to the supplier because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at: info@greenoraliving.com.au

We will work directly with our suppliers and shipping partners to investigate your delivery.

Packages delayed due to courier networks, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control are not considered lost until confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We may be able to accommodate a request before the order enters processing or is dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched by the supplier, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

International Orders

For international deliveries:

• Customs duties, import taxes, and other government charges (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Greenora Living is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or border inspections.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law, you may be entitled to a remedy depending on the circumstances.
